Vegetation varies from the left and right banks: the right was observed to have secondary forest growth indicated by thick underbrush and limited number of larger trees. The left side of the bank contained selected vegetation such as large pines, hardwoods, or Crate Myrtles resulting in limited number of trees leading up to and along the bank. The majority of trees were observed to have decay and root problem. Most of the trees along this site have three to ten years.
